Al Mulholland - Executive Director

Al Mulholland has an extensive background in executive administrative marketing and business planning in the private and public sectors. He has served in the role of a Saskatchewan Deputy Minister where he was accountable for developing and implementing a legislative policy framework to promote and stimulate economic development province-wide. In British Columbia's Ministry of Finance, he was given the mandate to develop an organization that would be perceived as the "leading edge" by other Provincial Regulators and the Federal Government.

Until his appointment as Executive Director, Al Mulholland was the Operations and Marketing General Manager for a destination tourist resort in Nanaimo. He was responsible for all business aspects, as well as being the spokesman for the company in the media, designer of all communication strategies and networked with the business community and elected officials to promote future development.

In summary, his extensive and diverse public affairs, marketing, leadership, planning and business development expertise make him a valuable asset as a progressive and dynamic community leader and as the Executive Director in our corporation.
