Sharon Anderchek

Sharon Anderchek is the Acting General Manager/Loans Manager with CFDC.  In addition to her General Manager duties Sharon provides small business lending, business advisory services and counselling through Community Futures' Loans Department.. Prior to this assignment she worked with the organization's community economic development and project development areas. She has been with the organization since 1988.

Sharon holds a degree from the School of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.  She is currently enrolled in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Training and Certification Program for Small Business Counsellors through Acadia University.  Her background in community economic development ranges from program design and delivery to entrepreneurial development.

Sharon keeps busy away from work assisting her spouse in their business -  Deluxe Landscaping Ltd. - and raising two children. She has been involved in many volunteer activities in the community including coaching with the Sechelt Minor Softball Association, Junior Achievement and the Parent Advisory Committee at Sechelt Elementary School.
