Richard Watt

Richard Watt moved from the Lower Mainland to Gibsons in 1995. Most of his working career has been in self employment, with his first career in the Music Record Business from 1965 to 1986. In 1986 he started his second career in the Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Brokerage business. He established Sunco Mortgage Corporation in 1997 providing Mortgage Investments to private lenders and creative Mortgage Financing to borrowers.
