Tracey Hincks - Loan Administrator

Tracey has been with Community Futures for 4 years now in a variety of capacities. She is currently the Loan Adminstrator for the Loans Department. Tracey prepares the loan documents for approved loan application, maintains the investment fund porfolio data and prepares all month-end financial statements regarding the loan portfolio. She also develops and distributes the agenda for the monthly Loans Meeting.

Tracey and her husband Ken stay busy away from work raising their two little girls and building their second home.
